Menu's & catering
Our Kingscote menu pack can be requested from our Information Pack page. This is just a guide to what Strawberry Fields are able to produce. Most clients choose from our pack but a certain percentage come up with their own menu variations. This may be a variation on our dishes, possibly another caterers dishes or even their very own menu. We will always look at your ideas and if we feel we can produce these to a high standard then we would be happy to incorporate them.
You will see within our menu pack we have divided the various menus into pricing bands. This is just to give you a good idea of a total menu price. You are more than welcome to pick dishes from across our menus and we will re-cost accordingly. Strawberry Fields differs from other caterers in that we include everything we standardly need to service your menu within our pricing. So you won't be charged an additional service charge. We also include breads with starters and all dinners and buffets/BBQ's include coffee & tea within our pricing.

- White table linen as required for your event including white linen napkins. Our linen is supplied to fit Kingscotes tables. i.e. as Kingscote have round tables, we only use round cloths on these tables. A small detail but one that gives a finished look. (We offer linen to fit ALL tables at Kingscote Barn)
- All crockery and cutlery required to serve your chosen menu.
- A choice of plates to suit your menu and look.
- A team of experienced uniformed waiting staff and chefs to serve your guests.
- A Front of House Manager throughout your day from before your and your guests arrive until you have all left at the end of the evening.
- Holders for your table numbers/names.
- Up to 4 complimentary highchairs available for use if required. (In addition to Kingscote's Highchairs)
- Complimentary cake stands and knife.
